Mark joined the team at Celia Clyne Banqueting over twenty years ago and has played a key role in expanding the operation. He is passionate about creating memorable events for his clients and maintaining the high standards that the Celia Clyne brand is synonymous with.

"We catered Limmud, a festival for 2,000 people, where we served 30,000 meals over the course of a week."

Celia began has worked her entire life in the food industry – from teaching, to running restaurants to large scale event banqueting. She has become a household name in Kosher food with an unrivaled reputation for great food and event experiences. She maintains a hands on approach with clients.

Barry is both the numbers man at Celia Clyne Banqueting and oversees the drinks selection. He has travelled to far-flung destinations across the globe to sample and procure some of the finest kosher wines there are.

"Catering the weddings of four daughters from the same family… at the last function they even asked me to do a speech!"
